The company Eurotas hoteli d.o.o., Krekov Trg 4, 3000 Celje (hereinafter: provider or company or controller of personal data) values the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of this website and therefore carefully protects their data even from the hacking of third parties, which enables the users to conduct a careless and uninterrupted business with the provider.
The controller ensures that your personal data will be processed only for the purposes to which you expressly consented. Consenting to provide personal data is voluntary and can be revoked in the same way as it was given at any time, by writing to us at marketing@eurotashoteli.si. In case you do not provide personal data or if the consent is revoked, the controller of personal data cannot fulfil the purpose for which the data are collected.
Regarding your personal data, you have:

We use the provided personal data for the purpose of informing about special offers on special occasions and sending customized offers via email and adapting online adverts for re-targeting on digital advertising platforms (Facebook, AdWords …) in order to present all our services and additional offers. In the context of the preparation of a customized offer, segmentation is performed on the basis of the above defined data and the data about the visited websites of the controller (if you as an individual consented to this when visiting the website). We will process the data for this purpose until you revoke the consent.
If you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions in the field of personal data protection, you have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner.
The data is stored until your revocation or as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data are collected, after which they are erased, destroyed, blocked or anonymized.
The controller undertakes to process and protect the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council.
The provider undertakes to permanently protect, collect and process all personal data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
Personal data protection
For the purpose of providing its services, the provider collects, manages, processes and stores the following user data:

- country of residence,
- the IP address from which the user accesses the site,
- time and date of registration,

The provider is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by the user as well as the data being up-to-date.

Each user gives explicit consent by means of checking the blank box, so that the provider as a controller of personal data collections can collect and process the personal data provided, for the purposes of: advertising, statistical data processing, sending of advertising material, informing about the novelties in the offer and the business of the provider, building the CRM database and a direct, segmented and targeted marketing.
Personal data will only be used for the purposes for which the user has given his consent and for performing the services offered by the company.
For the purposes of informing, the user permits the use of various communication channels, for example, e-mail, etc. By giving personal consent, the user at the same time consents and authorizes the provider as the controller of personal data to forward the personal data collected for the above purposes to the contractual partners in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia with which he has concluded contracts for the processing of personal data and which process the data on behalf of the provider and on his account.
By checking the blank box, the user confirms that he is aware of all relevant rights such as: the right to inspect, transfer, copy, edit, block and erase his personal data in accordance with applicable law. The user can at any time revoke the consent for sending advertising material and informing about the novelties in the offer and business of the provider. Revocation can be sent by e-mail to marketing@eurotashoteli.si. Unsubscription is also possible with a click whenever an advertisement is sent electronically. Whenever you access the company’s website, general, non-personal data (users of the web search engine, number of visits, average time spent visiting the website, pages visited) are automatically stored. This information is used by the provider to measure the popularity of its website and to improve the quality of content and usability.
The provider will store the users’ personal data only as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is collected and managed, all in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The provider will treat all data collected on the website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By providing personal data via an informative or reservation form, the visitor of the website agrees that Eurotas hoteli d.o.o. uses this data for the internal purposes of statistics and data processing. In doing so, the company undertakes not to pass on the data to third parties or companies with the objective of commercial exploitation of personal data.
Eurotas hoteli d.o.o. protects all obtained visitor data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is considered that by accepting the offer, the visitor of the website agrees that these data be used also for the purposes of statistical processing and informing about the offer, novelties … If he does not wish to do so, he declares it at the time of registration by clicking on the respective window.

The website uses Google Analytics, an analysis of online services of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on the user’s computer and enable the analysis of the user’s use of a website. The information generated by a cookie about the use of a website is usually transferred to the Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider has enabled the activation of IP anonymity on its website, so that the IP address of a Google user within the EU Member States or another state party to the EEA Agreement is shortened. In exceptional cases, the entire IP address of the user will be passed to the Google server in the United States and only shortened there. Upon the request of the provider, Google uses this information to evaluate the use of the website by the user, to compile reports on the activities of the websites for the provider and to collect services related to the use of websites and the Internet for the provider. The IP address that was provided in the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Google’s capture of data caused by cookies and linked to an actual user (including an IP address), as well as the processing of such data can be prevented by the user by downloading and installing the browser plug-in.
Implementing the privacy policy
The provider’s protection of personal data is, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, regulated by the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data. All persons regularly or part-time employed by the provider who have access to personal and other user data are aware of the provisions of the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data and the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the website users. The duty to protect personal and other data is valid without time limit, even after the relationship with the provider has ended.
